The subject has to change to the opposite in the middle line. For instance (I wrote this): Seed Bland, tiny Soaking, breaking, expanding Pebble, egg, beauty, wonder Growing, blooming, blossoming Amazing, miraculous Flower. See? That particular one was more of a progression of a life cycle (kitten to cat, boy to man, etc) but most are opposites. Some kids wrote about things like girls as opposed to boys, or day and night. So naturally, I chose life...and death. Life Wonderful, miraculous Breathing, living, laughing Birthdays, weddings, morgues, funerals Faltering, fading, dying Common, depressing Death Yes.
